Thank you for shopping with Beeluna. We take great pride in the quality of our modest hijabs and apparel. To ensure a fair and transparent shopping experience, please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
01 General Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we maintain strict guidelines to ensure the hygiene and quality of our products for all customers.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.
02 "Change of Mind" Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for "change of mind."
Note: This includes instances where a customer decides they no longer want the item, prefers a different color/style after purchase, or if the item does not suit their personal taste upon arrival. We encourage you to review our size guides and product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
03 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, we sincerely apologize. We will prioritize a replacement or refund for you:
- Please contact us at support@beeluna.com.my within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect.
- Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the same item (subject to stock availability) or a full refund.
04 Incorrect Orders
In the event that we sent you the wrong item (size, color, or design), we will cover the shipping costs to exchange it for the correct one.
- The item must remain in its original, sealed condition.
- If the correct item is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
05 Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, Beeluna will bear the return shipping costs.
- For all other eligible exchanges (e.g., sizing issues where applicable), shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
