01 Shipping Rates

02 Processing & Delivery Time

We know you're excited to receive your Beeluna pieces! Here is what you can expect:

• Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Standard Delivery (Peninsular Malaysia): 1–3 working days.
• Standard Delivery (East Malaysia): 3–7 working days.

03 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to our courier partners, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your parcel's journey in real-time.

04 Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make up to three (3) delivery attempts. If a delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

• Redelivery of returned parcels will incur additional shipping fees to be borne by the customer.

05 Peak Season & Public Holidays

During festive seasons (such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, or 11.11 sales), please anticipate slight delays in both processing and delivery due to high parcel volumes nationwide. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

06 International Shipping
